Hello!
Hey, I’m Roshani!
I’m a UK-based artist and animation student in my final year at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Drawing has been my way of expressing my wild imagination for as long as I can remember—probably since before I could even talk! My work is fuelled by vibrant colours, bold designs, funky creations, and a healthy dose of creative chaos.
In both my illustrations and animations, I dive into the surreal, exploring distorted, melting faces and dreamlike worlds. I love celebrating the beautifully bizarre—art that evokes unexpected emotions, lingers in the mind, and feels just a little uncanny.
During my degree, I brought my art to life through Bloom Bay, an animated short film exploring the loving relationship between a mother and daughter. Currently, I’m working on Serenitude, an introspective, surreal animated short film that reflects on the sense of overwhelm in today’s chaotic world. Both films have allowed me to merge my love of funky, colourful art with the boundless possibilities of animation.
Now that you know a little about me, feel free to explore the weird, wonderful, and wildly creative corners of my brain. If you’d like to chat, collaborate, or just say hi, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to connect!
